Why are there multiple shipping costs and how long does shipping take?

As some items are made to order they will be shipping from various suppliers and can arrive at different times. This also means there can be multiple postage fees so take note of this when placing your order. Average shipping times: Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in production times. Production is between 4-13 days, so please take this into consideration.  Apologies for any inconvenience! We are certain it will be well worth the wait! USA 4-13 business days / International 5-21 business days.

How can I track my package? 

All items come with tracking that is send to you once product has been produced and is ready to ship. Please allow for anywhere within to 14 business days for product production and tracking to be generated. You may also refer to the “Order Tracking” section in the main navigation menu.

Can I buy items in person?

For most items in the store, we do not sell in person. On rare occasions for those who are granted an invite to my personal studio, original serigraphs may be available for purchase in person.

Can I return items?

If you are not satisfied with your order for some reason and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We produce all items (with the exception of original art and serigraphs) on a made to order basis and do not carry inventory on art reproductions or apparel items. All potential returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis and we will determine whether or not you will be eligible for a replacement. 

We are confident that you in fact will be happy with the product you receive and to help ensure this, (for all apparel), please see size table in each products description to ensure a proper fit.
